Good morning Lurkers and Lurkettes! If you screwed up last week, dust off and keep it moving forward.
My band Suzie-Q is working in high hear these days I don't have much of an appetite, hunger is beginning to be a thing of the past since my last adjustment 2 weeks ago....I know it will be tough to get lunch and dinner to get all 4oz at each meal.
B: Yogurt whipped
L: 1/2 cup of Turkey Chili w/ cheese
D: 1- 2 oz Parmesan crusted Tilapia w/mixed veggies
Exercise: 1 hour treadmill
Original Lap Band * 9/30/2005 * 4cc 10cm band*, lost 130 pounds. 7 Great years!
Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight down

I'm being stubborn. I don't want to turn over my food. It is rebellion, I know. I want the chance to change my mind to keep control, to hide. It's all my nutty relationship with food and my body. I love food! I like to believe that I eat so much more than I do - it's my fantasy to keep for me. Writing here exposes me and I am a "fraud" who just lusts over the idea of food. So I will keep yesterday and share today - it's progress for me.
B: 4oz cottage cheese, 1 cup total of soy & almond milk,
S: 1 Boiled egg
L: Chunk White Tuna w. Mayo - hormonal thing this tuna probably crave salt.
S: Red Delicious Apple.
D: Chunk chicken breast with greens
S: Open to healthy snack
Staying away from as many simple carbs as possible today.
