Good morning Rockstars​, If you screwed up last week, dust off and keep it moving forward.

B: Chocolate Unjury protein shake w/skim milk

L: 2 oz Tuna salad &  2 oz fruit cup homemade mixed with strawberries and bananas cut up

D: 2 oz Sweet and tangy turkey meatloaf  2 oz w/spicy greens

Total Calories about 780

Exercise: walk 2 miles

 

Original Lap Band * 9/30/2005 * 4cc 10cm band*,  lost 130 pounds. 7 Great years! 

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight downsmiley

Pre op and not on diet- time to be accountable!

B- protein pancake
L- can of tuna, hand full of nuts
D- grilled chicken go wrap, garden salad
S- Greek yogurt, chocolate chip cookie

Exercise- 60 min kickboxing.
