Sunday: Tell the Truth: What are you eating today and how will you move your body?

Well, I am telling the truth, today will be a hit and miss, I will be traveling, but I hope to get some protein in and healthy stuff when I get home this afternoon.
B: yogurt from the hotel breakfast and boiled egg
L: Not sure, but will try to eat some protein
D: Will cook spicy greens, moist turkey meatloaf/tangy sauce

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight down

Mmm I love Tilapia....and sauteed spinach! Both a good combination and full of nutrients.

With family Sundays'. We go out to have breakfast - I share with my niece. Today my food intake was 100 garbage food I would not normally eat but here goes honesty:
B: mini kaiser roll with pat of butter' 4 silver dollar pancakes w. Syrup, 4oz of orange juice
S: 19 bald pretzels w. Teaspoon of peanut butter
S: slice of watermelon
L: 1/2 cup of Mac & cheese, 4 fish sticks- never, ever my type of food. WTH
S: couple of pieces of ice cream topping - mini peanut butter cups ...
D: 4oz of 1% cottage cheese
Carbs, carbs, carbs - no protein!!!
1 mile walk
30 minutes on bike
