B: 4oz of soy milk, 4oz of coconut almond milk, 2 teaspoons of cremora With my coffee. 1 banana, 1 lite laughing cow cheese
L: bunless cheeseburger w onions, pickle, & ketchup
S: cup of green grapes
S: ummm 19 bald mini pretzels w. Teaspoon of peanut butter
D: baked chicken w. Frozen collard greens NOT! Yucky feeling about meat so had 4oz of 1% cottage cheese, later granny smith apple - peeled & teaspoon of peanut butter
No more snacks!

Gonna try my usual Daily staple - boiled eggs. Every once in a while I get yucked out by the smell of things. Let's see! Gotta get back to my protein filled diet. I'm eating a bit crappy

Thanks for the reminder I totally forgot since I was leaving yesterday, still out of town, I did not do well yesterday, but I kept my portions small. Great job on staying on track, you go girl
