Oh, the beach sounds so nice for the weekend - really nice!  You can keep things healthy for sure.

On the workouts, I have not felt so great in months (I have something that mimics RA without the joint damage - a terror when not in remission).  I feel so good right now and just sooooo grateful that I am able to move.  That is not always the case so I feel like I am embracing a gift.  Finally I have energy  and it is nothing short of amazing.

Have a wonderful time!

Hey Chickie - good to see you , what are you doing starving yourself? Remember you don't have to do heavy exercise, just start with small brisk walks, you can do this, this will speed up your metabolism.

I have been doing intermittent fasting. There are several ways to do it. I allow myself a 6 hour feeding window each day, although the weekends are more lax.

I need to try Matrix protein shakes, they sound yummy, I've used Unjury so long it's hard to change up.
