Thursday: Tell The Truth, What are you Eating today? And how are you moving your body?

I'll go first: No judgments just simply TELL the truth, if you ate candy, ice cream and cake for breakfast DON'T LIE, just tell it like it is and if it's bad, just pick yourself up and try to do better tomorrow, you can always start over, the point of this post is for accountability and being honest with yourself, if you are struggling and NEED to post, please do.
B: Unjury Protein Drink with 1 boiled egg
L: 1 Baked Barbecue Chicken Thigh very moist with sauce
D: Going to Dinner at Red Lobster, I will only order the appetizer, sweet chili shrimp, and eat a few only
Beverage: Crystal Lite and water
Exercise:
Walked 2 miles today.

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight down
B: 2 coffees 1/2 cup of soy 1/2 cup of almond coconut milk teaspoon of cremora in each 1 banana
L: Spinach salad w. chick peas, tomatoes, cukes (little thin skinned seedless cucumbers), sliced chicken breast (Oscar Meyer), corn w. lite Italian dressing
S: Fiber Plus Bar - Dark Chocolate Almond
D: Green Drink ( Cucumber, Celery, ginger), lite laughing cow cheese, spoon of peanut butter
walked 1.5 miles during lunch and will do another 1.5 as soon as I leave = 3 miles DONE
45 minutes on bike.

You are always doing great Crystal! those werthers candies are not bad, not like chocolate, that I had an addiction too!
