Remember having that daily support will help you get back on track, if you are struggling that's ok, if you need a kick in the rear to get someoneto motivate you to get up off your butt and move it, well I am hear to do just that
If you are vomiting and sliming over your meal -- GET YOUR BUTT to your surgeon and get help

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight down
. I will participate. I really would love to get out of the struggle of needing to lose and get onto the next phase of hahaha struggle to maintain.

....you are doing good, yea that exercise is a MUST, start slow and find a way that you can truly commit daily. If you try too hard and make too tough, you will fail, start small and find a routine that is doable.

I have been packing my house for the past 2 weeks in preparation for a cross country move. I've lost 10 pounds from the activity. (And being too busy to go to the grocery store!) I may have hit upon something that works for me... working out 16 hours a day and not eating. I forgot I had muscles!

You can lose weight without surgery, MANY DO and have been successful. Hopefully you are kidding with 16 hours lol....but start small and find a routine that is doable, it does not matter if you have surgery or not, it's the same routine, calories in, and burning them out.

I'm not kidding with the 16 hours! I wish I were. All of this happened in super-fast-forward motion. Hubs got a new job and had to start working and I stayed here to pack up the house (Which we've lived in for over 15 years. SO much stuff. Yikes.) Up the stairs, down the stairs, repeat 100 times! Good thing my butt is where I've always had the most muscle (all those years waitressing during my 'formative' years!)
I have worked myself to exhaustion... part of it feels kinda good. And part of me is like, "You're too old and chubby for this nonsense."
I highly doubt I'll ever have another WLS. I just can't risk it. But I'm moving to the beach and it is warm year-round, so that is going to help with getting outside and moving a LOT.
