Thank you for sharing your story - I wish I'd been able to hear about varied experiences when I was researching surgeries back in 2005.

Me too! That is why we are posting here even though we are being blocked and/or blasted for post about our experiences.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

You should most definitely keep sharing your experiences. You'll help others avoid the same.

I plan on taking a hiatus from "band talk" for a good long while. I've reached a point where I think I'm done. I just can't do it anymore.
