No way negativity!!
Your post is inspirational! Most of us who gain weight are ashamed to go to the doctor. Silly, but true.

I don't know that we can be prepared for life thinner when we've never been, but now that you've flirted with it, you know what to expect.

You are taking back control. How awesome?!? Go get it girl!!

Hi Kerri

Don't feel embarrassed, we are human. Plus You are on the right track! Owning up to it and now you are ready to move on! I see a counselor as well, I feel this is so important!!!

2 books to add to your "tool box" ( End of Over Eating and "Mindless Eating"). GREAT resources and interesting easy read!

I have been away  for last 6 - 7 weeks (I think), taking  care of my mother who is slipping away due to cancer. And I have gained close to 15 pounds, stress eating blah blah blah. Anyway, I am home for a few days and will be detoxing from all the crap, and dealing with the feelings I am feeling.

Just know we all have our struggles, and once we confront them we can turn it around. Good thing about our Bands we don't have that "window of opportunity" to lose the weight, our "Bands" are ready when we are ready to get back and apply the rules.

You will do fine!
