FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST
Good Friday Morning Everyone,
Hope you have a amazing weekend planned with lots of activities. You know....I am SO grateful for exercise now. Before my WLS I basicly couldn't exercise.....I was too large and I got too winded. Not that I exercise no where near what I should be doing....I am planning on changing that. I know that is the one thing keeping me from getting my remaining excess weight off. Grateful for my weight that I have lost and maintained for over 7 yrs. Grateful for the good choices I make most of the time and for ability that when I mess up that I can get back on track and lose weight. PLEASE share if you'd like what you are grateful for today.
