And everything exactly as it should be. Waiting for my barium swallow and met a lady just going in for her 8 year check. Everything also excellent for her. And no-one looking at two slim ladies would have ever guessed we were formerly obese!

I am well aware that things may not continue like this indefinitely, but while they do I am one very happy bandster.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Congrats Kate! I agree, as long as you're doing fine, don't worry about it. Life is too short to worry about something that might or might not happen! Glad you had a good checkup!

Congrats KateGlad to hear all is good with your band. I sure know a lot of people with bands (some as far out as 7-8 years) very few of the people I know have had complications. Despite what is posted on Lapband Board there is a lot of Happy Bandsters
