My 4 year Bandiversary!!!

I almost forgot....but yes today is 4 years!!! I am very happy to say that I am doing well and I am still losing. I have lost about 175lbs to date. I have gone from a size 30 to 10/12. My BMI was a 54 now it is 26 (which is so close to normal I can taste it). As far as inches go...I lost almost 3 feet worth of inches!!!!

I am not going to go into all of the hub-bub about how this changed my life and how happy I am because I am sure you all can imagine. I'm also not going to go into how much work and dedication this process took...because I'm sure you also know that. I just want to say that the decision I made almost 5 years ago to have this surgery...I only dreamed that I would look and feel this good.

Here are some before and after pics and a picture of me in m FAT pants....and those pants were so tight on me!!!!
