Dr Jorge Rincon ?

Has anyone heard of him ? We know some one who went to him and has had complications. I am wondering if it's the luck of the draw or what sort of reputation he has a surgeon.

Yes I totally understand, but I am wondering about his overall reputation. Nothing else. Not looking to make problems, just wondering his overall reputation since I have never heard of him.
