Rope undulation exercises?

Has anyone ever done them? They look crazy exhausting and are supposed to be great NO/LOW impact, since you don't move your legs much.

Did they hurt your brain with that hair cut?! That very muscular little gal had trouble doing it, I'm pretty sure it would kill me! I wish you well and at least you're close with the EMTs! More power to you!

We use the ropes in my bootcamp class.  I dont know if I would necessarily call it low impact.  It really works you and makes you sore but it is just one of many we do.

Yep-we do them in boot camp....and it is not low impact at all!  We are instructed to do them in a squat position, and you use your whole body to do them.....IT IS BRUTAL, but a great workout!
