I honestly have to say when I come on the forum I have to look at your pictures you look amazing what a success story. If I could ask you a question what kept you motivated since we all have those days of self sabotage im a victim of that myself and what form of excersise did you start doing?

Thank Youi

I haven't been on in a few days and when I logged in and read all of your messages I was overwhelmed. Thanks so much for all the kind words and support. I have days where I sabotage myself. When I wake up the next day I remind myself that it was only one day and I'm not going to let one day ruin all the days of hard work I've put in.I set smaller goals instead of big ones.. Reaching a new goal is a small victory and it encourages me to keep going. I swim in the summer & walk hen the weather isn't bad. Plus I'm more ative now that I am in college. I also spend a lot of time at the park with my boys. I can play ball with them now and, a few weeks ago I discovered that I could easily fit on the swings. Before the weight loss I could barely walk from my couch to the bathroom. Looing back on that reminds me to never give up.

How do you find living with the Duodenal Switch as compared to the band? Are you able to eat without any problems?

I'm glad you're doing well!
