My plan for today:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ walnuts, a strawberry, and a dollop of Greek yogurt
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: leftover pork & roasted veggies
S: raw fennel
D: apple & Babybel cheese
S: trail mix
S: snack mix (Fiber One chocolate cereal, peanuts, banana chips)
I'm glad to saw that I survived this morning's butts and guts exercise class.

S-Asst nuts
L-Chicken, chickpea, lentil and spinach stew
S-6 chocolate covered almonds. This is a new product at Starbucks - need to be careful - dangerously good. :-(
D-Chicken burger w/ LF cheddar, green beans and snap peas sauteed in herb olive oil
