My fortune cookie

I had Chinese over the weekend and- although ate stuff I shouldn't have, I did get a nice fortune.  It was "We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then is not an act, but a habit.  It reminds of something Dr. Phil always says.  The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.  When we change our habits, we our changing our past behavior, and therefore the predictor of future behavior.  I think it's easy to see how these thoughts relate to food and exercise choices.  Have a great rest of the weekend!
