Where did BLOCK and FRIEND disappear to?

Those options used to appear at the bottom of every posting, and now they're gone. Yet another OH change for the worse?

I to have issues since the changes. I can't make any of the thing work in the drop down box in groups. The spell check doesn't work in messages. They say it is my what ever runes the computer. Funny thing the all work in forums, go figure.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
