What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
My plan for today:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ walnuts, a strawberry, & a dollop of Greek yogurt
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: chicken thigh, shredded Brussels sprouts salad
S: almonds
D: Babybel cheese, apple
S: trail mix
S: chocolate Fiber One cereal (dry)
On a business trip a long time ago, a (thin) coworker ordered oatmeal made with cream for breakfast and let me try a spoonful. It was amazing, and of course had a million calories per serving. The dollop of Greek yogurt I've been putting on my oatmeal gives me the same kind of rich, creamy taste without a million calories.
Today's exercise class is step aerobics.

Another day and no after dinner snack - go me!! So far it's working out well.
B-Greek yogurt w/ sliced almonds and strawberries
S-Asst nuts
L-Chicken and chickpea cabbage stew w/ roma tomatoes; crackers (4)
S-Asst nuts (Hopefully I'll have enough. It's Friday and my stash is low!)
D-Chicken, bean and veggie stew
Water throughout the day
My plan for the day is
B. Yogurt with fresh fruit
S. Protein shake (I tried to do without them but I can only eat such a tiny bit at a time that I cannot get enough protein without).
L. Left over veal parmesan from my birthday dinner. This is the third meal I have gotten from my take home box. I think I can fini**** by Easter, maybe.
S. Protein bar
S. Almonds
D. Unknown, we have a Valentines banquet at church
S. Wasa Crackers plain or with peanut butter if I still need protein.
