You did a great job, you should be so proud of yourself!  The band is a tool and you did the work.  I have lost 109 pounds and still losing after 4 years.  How much exercise do you do a day?  I know I need to do more exercise to get the rest of my weight off.  Any suggestions?

Thanks Nance! I exercise 1 to 1 1/2 hours every day. I mostly bike, but try to mix it up. The first 10 months I did water aerobics 3-5 days a week. Now I do that or bike or walk or lift weights or a little elliptical. Some times a little of each. It depends on my mood and if I can get to the gym or how warm it is out?, I also track everything on MyFitnessPal. Best to you!
