One Year Bandaversary today!

I was banded one year ago today! I have lost 146 pounds, 4 pounds from my initial goal but I. Have now decided that would like to lose 10-15 more. That would put me at 170-175. I am 5'8" and wear a size 12 now. I do not ever remember wearing this size. I was a size 16 when I graduated from high school in 1979! Went from a high of 330 pounds and a size 24-26.

I have had one fill and never PBd or gotten stuck (knocking on wood)! I feel very fortunate as I know others have not been as lucky.

This forum and all of you, good and bad (experiences) have helped me through my journey thus far. I thank you all and hope that this forum picks up again.

Thank you! It certainly hasn't been easy. Never exercised so much in my life! Still have to deal with the head hunger and old bad habits, but at least no binging anymore!
