I haven't been feeling well and I downed some medicine and dragged my sorry ass to the gym yesterday..I managed 45 minutes.  But hey at least I went in.  If I can go in sick  ...you people can go in!!!!! 

Just so everyone knows...my doctor says it's ok t workout when your sick as long as your symptoms are from the neck up.  If you have chest congestion or have flu symptoms then stay home.  And he said don't push yourself as hard when your sick.  My symptoms are in my nose, ears, throat and head....blah!!!  I feel like crap...but I got my 45 minutes 1/2 my normal workout.

May I add: WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN WHEN YOU'RE DONE? I see more sick people at the gym (nothing wrong with that) coughing and sneezing and wiping their noses while they're on the machines, then just get up an walk away. Ew.

Oh I always wipe everything down. I even bring my own wipes. Because my suspicion is the gym's wipes are substandard cheap quality wipes.

Yup I use a lot of their wipes! But I won't touch my face or leave the gym without washing my hands thoroughly! Elbows get a lot of use these days as I refuse to touch door handles!

Feel better!!! I got be feelin real crappy to pass up a work out! If I am just a lil out of sorts, sometimes that healthy sweat is just what I need to move it out!!!

Just wanted to say thanks tor the motivation. I read your message before work today. So I knew my husband was picking up my son from daycare so I figured I wouid walk when I got home. However when i got home today I sat on the couch and put the Tv on. Then I remembered your message so I got up and took a 40 minute walk with the dog now I feel better so THANK YOU!

I didn't know where to post my exercise minutes for this week but I am happy to say I made my 60 min!
