Oh, get your mind out of the sewer, you guttersnipes! I'm talking about music playlists for the gym!

I have been getting tired of the same old songs and am looking for some suggestions. What *I* like are songs that run 100 beats per minute (BPM) and have rhythm that gets me motivated. So, here are some of MY "Gym Mix" songs (and no, I don't expect you to have heard of all of the artists):

Roger Mooking, "Umeus"

George Benson, "On Broadway"

Barenaked Ladies, "One Week"

Chicago, "Another Rainy Day in NYC", "Feeling Stronger Ever Day"

Billy Joel, "We Didn't Start the Fire", "Big Shot", "River of Dreams"

Mika, "Big Girls (You Are Beautiful)", "Love Today", "Good Girl Gone", "Blame It on the Girls"

George Michael, "Freedom 90"

Cee-Lo Green, "F**k You", "Die Trying"

Queen, "Under Pressure"< "Don't Stop Me Now", "Another One Bites the Dust", "Crazy Little Thing Called Love"

Daughtry, "Home", "It's Not Over"

Bruno Mars, "The Lazy Song", "Marry You"

OMC, "How Bizarre"

Buddy Holly, "Rave On"

Jason Mraz, "You and I Both", "No Stopping Us"

Pink, "Blow Me", "Raise Your Glass", "F**king Perfect", "Bad Influence", "Funhouse", "Glitter in the Air", "So What", "Stupid Girls"

KT Tunstall, "Suddenly I See"

Lily Allen, "Smile", "Not Big"

Just an FYI - 100 bpm is pretty fast music and, IMHO, a great exercise pace. If you want to find songs more to your liking at that, or any other rate of beats per minute, just Google (for example), "100 BPM songs." There are a lot of sites that will list a variety of songs and genres for you.
