My plan for today is:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ blueberries & a dollop of Greek yogurt
S: scrambled egg beaters w/ mushrooms & cheese
L: leftover cod & broccoli
S: raw fennel
S: Havarti cheese
D: meatloaf (ground chicken & Italian sausage), braised cabbage
S: a Fiber One chocolate chip "brownie"
I cautiously tried the Fiber One brownie a few days ago, and it didn't make me dump, partly because it's very small. I am in desperate need of more fiber in my diet because my iron supplement is extremely constipating. I've started adding Metamucil to the lightly-flavored water I drink all day long.
This morning's exercise will be a weight & resistance training class. My other exercise will consist of mopping muddy paw prints off the floor after yesterday's wet weather.
