Hi,

Here's my plan for today

B- 2 eggs and 1 pc whole wheat toast

S- Protein shake

L- Fish and corn

S- Berries and cheese

D- Lean hamburger and carrots

S- 1/4c nuts

Your menus are looking good, lady!

My plan for today is:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ blueberries & a dollop of Greek yogurt
S: scrambled egg beaters w/ mushrooms & cheese
L: leftover cod & broccoli
S: raw fennel
S: Havarti cheese
D: meatloaf (ground chicken & Italian sausage), braised cabbage
S: a Fiber One chocolate chip "brownie"

I cautiously tried the Fiber One brownie a few days ago, and it didn't make me dump, partly because it's very small. I am in desperate need of more fiber in my diet because my iron supplement is extremely constipating. I've started adding Metamucil to the lightly-flavored water I drink all day long.

This morning's exercise will be a weight & resistance training class. My other exercise will consist of mopping muddy paw prints off the floor after yesterday's wet weather.

Thanks so much for the compliment Jean!  I have found that fiber one cereal really helps with bathroom issues.  I eat it with nonfat Greek yogurt- only 160 calories and very filling.  Exercise today will be legs with my trainer.

S-Cashews

L-3 bean stew w/ chicken and died tomatoes, crackers

S-Sunflower seeds

D-Chicken burger w/ haricot vert sauteed in herb olive oil

S-Small slice of homemade sweet potato pie

Water throughout the day

Thanks for the compliment Kitty.  It is great to hear positive support, I have been trying really hard.  Could be doing a little better with cardio, but other than that, doing great.
