What are you eating today (Saturday) or yesterday?
Hi all,
It's the weekend? Do you find it more difficult to stay on track, with no work et... I tutor just a little out of my house so it doesn't really effect me too much. The only thing is I am more likely to go out to dinner or whatever with friends. However, they are very supportive and don't mind going to the same few places I like, that have something on my plan.
Here's the plan for today:
B- Fiber one and yogurt
S- Protein shake
L- Fish and sweet potatoe
S- bannana and cheese
D- Fish and carrots
S- 1/4c nuts
