I am on a roll this week, doing really well with working out and eating right.  Taking my car in for maintanance, hope they don't find anything wrong.

B- Fiber one and yogurt

S- Protein shake

L- 2 eggs, whole grain waffle and asperagus

S- banana and cheese

D- fish and squash

S- 1/4c nuts

B-Fage cherry yogurt w/ sliced almonds

S-Sunflower seeds

L-White bean, kale, and carrot stew; crackers

S-Cashews

D-Veggie burger w/ LF cheddar cheese, pickle (sans skin/rind), steamed cauliflower and broccoli

S-Skinny Cow flyer saucer

Water throughout the day
