What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
I am on a roll this week, doing really well with working out and eating right. Taking my car in for maintanance, hope they don't find anything wrong.
B- Fiber one and yogurt
S- Protein shake
L- 2 eggs, whole grain waffle and asperagus
S- banana and cheese
D- fish and squash
S- 1/4c nuts
