What are you eating today (Thursday) or yesterday?
Had another good day yesterday, stuck to the eating plan and worked out. Scale isn't moving like I'd like, but I know I am doing all the right things. I am going to stop getting on the scale every day, and weigh in just once a week. I felt a little discouraged this morning and that's not good.
B- Fiber one and greek yogurt
S- Protein shake
L- Tuna on thin whole wheat bread and carrots
S- cheese and wheat thins
D- fish and squash
S- 1/4c nuts

B. Unjury Protein shake
L. Turkey chili w/ cheese
D. Chicken pot pie casserole, homemade with chunks of chicken, veggie mix, with croissant crust - about 180 calories.
I think you will probably get a more accurate reading on your scale once a week, but I know the temptation to weigh daily is tempting.
