I am on a pretty good roll.  Eating right and working out for the last couple weeks.  I have lost 4 pounds from my recent high.  I tutor out of my home and got an email from a parent interested.  I have openings in my schedule so this is great.  She gave me her number, I emailed and will call later and hopefully get the ball rolling.

B- Greek yogurt and fiber one

S- Protein shake

L- Chicken sausage and sweet potatoe

S- Cheese and berries

D- Fish and squash

Dinner: blended turkey chili with sour cream

Original Lap Band * 9/30/2005 * 4cc 10cm band*,  lost 130 pounds. 7 Great years! 

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight downsmiley
