What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?
Yesterday I took a mountain of the kinda-fat clothes (accumulated last year to accommodate my weight regain) to a consignment shop. The owner loved all of it and told me to give it at least 3 months to sell through. I may not make much money out of those clothes, but when I walked out of the shop, I felt like a load had been taken off my shoulders.
Now if I could just do something to vanquish the P&P (pudge and panni) still attached to my midsection...
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: steel cut oatmeal w/ cherries, almonds and a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt
S: banana & peanut butter
L: chicken pot pie innards, broccoli w/ pine nuts
S: smoked salmon & cream cheese roll-up
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: pulled pork BBQ, chow chow (& a roll for my husband)
S: chocolate protein ball

I bought the Click protein yesterday at vitamin shop. I had it this morning before my walk! Yummy!

Exercise is not a LUXURY!
Exercise is a NECESSITY
I was in Orlando for a few days- did well eating wise but didn't workout. Although I did walk around Epcot all day. I will go to the gym for sure tomorrow. I have my trainer and will walk on an incline for 30 min. on treadmill. I am anxious to get back to my regular routine.
B- fiber one and greek yougurt- fat free plain
S- protein shake
L- 3 large eggs and 1 pc whole wheat toast with just a dab of butter
S- C. of berries and 2 chesse sticks
D- fish and spinach
S- 1/4c nuts
