So its that time to collect your actual minutes for your Commit To Be Fit Challenge!!!!
The following is what you said you would be committing to ....
Jean M. "I commit to 225 minutes of workout exercise (plus plenty of purposeful movement at work and at home) in the coming week. I'll be doing cardio/interval, weight & resistance training, fit & firm (butts & guts), Pilates/yoga, and step aerobics classes"
Dianeg49 "I am committing to 225 mins. 2 45 min. sessions of aerobics and 3 sessions of walking.
crystal M. "I will commit to 450 minutes (elliptical and weight training)
JosShavaughn "... 3 gym visits for 15 minutes each "
Prek3 (thats me!) I will commit to 570 minutes. I will be walking, kick boxing 1 day a week, spinning 2 days a week, & weight training 2x a week.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Okay gimme them numbers......
Prek3 What I actually did? I did it , actually I did far better than I expected , I did 600 minutes!!!! , except the Kick boxing class (it runs kinda late in the evening for me, and I talked myself out of it.) But I will be definitely following through with that class this Monday.

In the past week I did 180 instead of 225 minutes because the fitness studio was closed during an ice storm. Unless the weather springs another surprise in the coming week, I'll be doing 225 mintues.
