Good Morning Everyone,

Happy Pre Friday as lots of people say.  LOL   We ALL have so very much to be grateful for in our lives even though we don't feel like we do.    First off....you should be grateful that you woke up this AM.   Obviously you have either had WLS....planning on having WLS or in the researching stage or you probably wouldn't be on Obesity Help.    That is something also to be grateful for.   I can think of so many many things ( actually with me I am grateful for everything ) in my life.    Today I am grateful that again my body has started to lose a little weight.   Not anything big...but I've lost about 2-3 lbs. this week and to be honest...I really haven't been trying that much.    SO I am always grateful for any weight that my body decides to let go of.   LOL   Grateful for my WL journey and the fact that this dream I had along time ago to get to a "normal size" became reality over 7 yrs. ago.  For the most part I have kept the weight off.  SO I am so grateful today for this and many many more things.    PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for in your life today.   Have a blessed and safe day.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

When did you have your WL surgery?  Who was your surgeon?  I am considering this surgery and have found a surgeon, what are some of you pros and cons?
