4:30 a.m.
Breakfast:
Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Strawberry
Organic smart bran cereal
Almonds

Exercise: with trainer

Snack:EAS protein shake

Lunch I have been aiming to eat at least one plant based meal a day a few times a week) I seem to be doing it pretty good! : ) - Quinoa
Spinach
Chopped peppers
Garbanzo beans
Rasins
Almonds
Chipotle flavored Olive oil ( love my spivey foods)

Afternoon: exercise
Brisk walk 3 miles

Snack: cottage cheese w/ cantaloupe

Dinner:
Spaghetti squash
Ground turkey
W/ Mario batali arrabbiata sauce!!! ummmm : )

So whatcha eatin?

B. 7 grain hot cereal with a little yogurt to thin it out

S. Shake

L. small slice of a larger wrap of turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, cheese. I had a rough time getting it down and keeping it there.

S. Shake on days that I am out and about I add a second shake just to be sure I get enough protein

S. protein bar

D. Not sure

S. almonds and craisens

Exercise: Walked to a meeting and back, next to the pharmacy and back, not much more.

Yesterday I logged my first gain since before my revision. I have gone from not getting in enough calories to avoid losing to a warning of things to come if I don't stay on track
