What are you eating today (Wednesday) or yesterday?
In December I wasn't able to do my exercise classes every weekday because of my work schedule. Now I'm back to daily classes and after only a week, I'm feeling so much better - brighter mood, more energy, better sleep. If you had told me 6 years ago that exercise would be so important to me, I would've said, "Yeah, right."
But...yesterday I spent way too much time sitting in front of my computer. I wasn't frittering away the day - I was designing a trade show banner for OutsideIN, the nonprofit business I'm helping to start. I did manage to get up and move around a few times, but I need to do that more often. If I don't, my husband's going to find me frozen solid in my chair one day.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ scallions & cheese
S: banana w/ peanut butter
L: leftover beef stroganoff & coleslaw
S: apple & Babybel cheese
S: trail mix
D: chicken & sausage cacciatore
S: peanut butter banana chips
This morning's exercise class is Fit & Firm (aka butts and guts).

So true, NEED my exercise and in the last year I was in denial about needing more sleep, now I make sure hubby and I are tucked in early. Out DVR is getting a lot of use these days! Lol

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Strawberry
Organic smart bran cereal
And almonds
Lunch:
Spinach
Quinoa
Garbonzo beans
Peppers
Almonds
Olive oil
Snack:
Cantaloupe
Cottage cheese
Dinner:
Spaghetti squash
With turkey
And Marinera sauce

Exercise is not a LUXURY!
Exercise is a NECESSITY
I did cardio and worked out with my trainer- back. I hear ya Jean, it feels great to be working out regularly again.
B- eggs and lite sausage
S- protein shake
Going to the grocery store- so not sure what I will eat the rest of the day, snacks will probably be cheese for one and 1/4 nuts for the other.

B- dunkin donuts egg and turkey sausage on whole grain flat bread (no cheese and no top on the sandwich just half the bread)
s- greek yogurt
l- surprise lunch with corporate had about a 1/2 cup of Cesar salad.
d- weigh****cher meal I supposed to have at lunch turkey and stuffing and extra green beans.
s- fiber one brownie
no exercise tonight, bought Zicam on way home I feel a tickle in my throat and know I am getting sick, I pray not.. no sick or vacation time to use
