I understand your discouragement. I lost all my excess weight with the band, and have since gained about 1/2 back. I have been struggling to get back on track. I am on day 3 of sensible eating and going to the gym.
Not sure when you were banded. Do you need a fill? Do you need to check in with a nutritionist? Do you need to start working out? It's so hard to get started but is a huge piece of the puzzle. It's benefits are many! Are you getting enough protein and water in?
