What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?
Good morning!
Hard to predict today's eating because I have a lot of errands to run and I'm not coordinated enough to eat in the car (I am, after all, a natural born blonde who can't walk and chew gum at the same time), but the plan is:
B: protein latte
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
S: banana & peanut butter
L: apple & Gouda cheese
S: popcorn
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: beef stroganoff, lemon coleslaw
S: peanut butter banana chips
Today's exercise class will be weight and resistance training. I managed to survive yesterday's extremely high-impact cardio class, but just barely. I'm all for cardio fitness, and I try to give every class 100% effort, but not at the expense of my old hip joints (the site of chronic bursitis).
Converting Bandwagon to an e-book is very frustrating. I think I've followed all of the Kindle conversion instructions perfectly, and the e-book ends up with many weird glitches, so I go back and fix them, re-convert it, and discover more weird glitches.

Sorry the book project is so frustrating. I am on my 3rd day in a row of sensible eating and going to the gym. Today did cardio and worked out with my trainer- chest.
B- eggs and lite sausage
S- Protein shake
L- shrimp and veggie
S- cheese
S- 1/4 c nuts
D- fish and veggies
Rainy day here in south Florida, plan to stay in and get lots of cleaning and laundry done. Have a great day everyone.
It's been one heck of a morning. Everyone is sick and I wish they would just stay home!!!
B-Sunflower seeds
S-Hot chocolate w/ FF milk; scoop of unflavored protein
L-Poached chicken w/ scallions in chicken broth
S-Fresh veggie medley w/ LF ranch dressing
D-Parmasean crusted chicken tenders; roasted green beans and Brussels sprouts
S-Fresh veggie medley w/ hummus

B- Greek yogurt, small banana, 1/4 bare naked granola
l- small salad, lettuce,tomato, cucumber with 2 oz ham ,light dressing
mid day snack : fiber one brownie
d- 2 oz of ham, 1/2 cup homemade scallop potato, 1/2 green beans
snack: skinny cow ice cream , small bag of baked chips.
no exercise tonight went to Band support group instead.
