What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?

We haven't had much posting on this thread lately. Should I continue to do it, or not? You tell me. Just a quick post, saying YES or NO. Or reply to me via PM if you're shy.

My food plan for today:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ Unjury cheese sauce
S: banana & peanut butter
L: leftover eggplant parmesan & broccoli
S: popcorn
S: apple & Havarti cheese
D: wild pork, Brussels sprouts, southern peas, cherry compote
S: cinnamon walnut breakfast cookie

The wild pork was a gift from a guy whose father hunts wild pigs in Florida. I couldn't bring myself to eat it the last time we had it, not because I'm squeamish about wild game but because it still had bristly hairs stuck to it when I took it out of the package. This time my husband cleaned it and brined it, so I'm going to give it another try.

Yes Continue! This is the one "safe" zone on this forum. It can help newbies, and i know I actually look daily To see if I can get any new ideas! A bit of a vouyer : ]

I use my app on phone to journal my foods. But if I can do my part to do something positive , then I will be posting here too.

Breakfast:
Greek nonfat yogurt w/strawberry
Organic Smart bran &
Raw almonds sprinkled on top

Lunch: celebrating 3 kings today!
Family going to Seasons 52 (local organic foood , they offer you a selection of desserts in mini shot glasses !) so you don't have to sacrifice desert! Also their on line menu has your calorie count listed and if you don't get to check it out online you can ask and they will find out for you!

Snack? If I should require one:
A tall skinny Starbucks ( i dont do it often the Starbucks thing, but it actually decreases my desire to eat, holds me off pretty long)!

Dinner:
Spaghetti squash
Ground turkey With Mario Batalia marinara sauce ( it's low in sugar)

****gonna get out of bed and do my walk here in a few.

Thank you Jean

The trampoline park sounds like fun, but are you telling me that you're going to jump on a trampoline in RI in the winter for FUN?

Or is it an indoor park?

Yes it is an indoor park, operated by the former Patriot player Ty Law! It was the most fun I had in years!
