What are you eating today (Saturday) or yesterday?
It's back to work for me to day. Oh, goodie.
I didn't follow my food plan very closely yesterday. I think it's because I got involved in writing a newsletter article and didn't want to stop, walk away from the computer and sit down to eat a meal or snack (I try not to eat at the computer). I didn't eat anything stupid because there isn't much stupid stuff in the house, but fruit and veggies kind of fell by the wayside. But today is a new day, thank God.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: banana & peanut butter
S: cinnamon walnut breakfast cookie
L: fake crab salad, coleslaw
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: eggplant parmesan, broccoli & walnut stir-fry
S: peanut butter banana chips
