What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?
Happy New Year!
I didn't get home from work until 7 pm last night because several JCP customers apparently had emergencies that could only be solved by shopping clearance racks and ignored the 3 store closing announcements until 10 minutes after the store closed at 6 pm. Anyway, I was tired and very hungry and ate 3 shrimp while preparing the rest of the meal. By the time the rest of it was ready, I no longer wanted to eat any of it. That was disappointing because I had looked forward to having a nice, leisurely New Year's Eve meal with my husband. It didn't strike me until just now how amazing it is to nowadays eat little or nothing because I just don't want the food. Seven years ago, I would have polished off all the food whether or not I was physically hungry. I hope I never stop being grateful to have left that behind me.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ cheese
S: banana & peanut butter
L: leftover ricotta-crab quiche bites, shrimp ****tail
S: raw sugar snap peas
S: Havarti cheese
D: beef rib roast, roasted Brussels sprouts, potato pancakes
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie

I don't feel like eating today either. For me, its because I am on benedryl and sudafed. My allergies act up at my parents house every time I go. We can't figure out what it is. Anyway, the meds have always decreased my appetite.
