What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
I had a lovely day off yesterday, puttering around the house and playing doorman for the dogs going in and out, in and out, in and out while tracking muddy paw prints on the floor (a specialty of theirs).
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ banana & PB2
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: leftover chicken pot pie innards
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: flounder w/ lime & ginger, sliced tomatoes, leftover kale salad
S: peanut butter banana chips
Today's exercise class is Cardio Blast. I'm not sure I'm up to it, but I'm going to give it a try. I felt a lot better after my Pilates/yoga class yesterday.
