Now they want to sell us????

I never got a card with mine either.  Nor did they have one for me when I asked.

My surgeon gave me a card that is from Allergan.  I think the surgeons office typed in the size of the band and a number. It is almost like a serial number.  I know when I had my port replaced they referred to that one that was removed as band number so and so. So I guess I really have two numbers.  The original band is one number and the port is another band number.
