Hi all, Christmas is over and hopefully we are getting back on the right track to eating right, as we need suggestions, support and help to get all the extra sugar and carbs out of our diet.
Lets meet this Saturday and give each other support to make it thru the coming New years eve, with all the snacks and food and the up coming 2013.
