WEDNESDAY GRATEFUL POST
Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,
Thank Goodness Christmas is over today. I took all the junk food that knew my first name over to my oldest sons house and it stayed there. Thank God that is one thing that won't be calling my name that I didn't need in the house. LOL WE are have so very much in our lives to be grateful for. Hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was lots of fun filled with family and friends at my sons house for Christmas dinner. My little granddaughter was in a very good mood all day long and that is pretty good for a 4 1/2 month old baby. Grateful for all the blessings that God has sent my family's direction. Grateful for my life and health and my wonderful family. Grateful for the beautiful snow surprise we got on Christmas Day and that the roads didn't ice over too much that we couldn't make it home safely. Hope you all have a great Christmas. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed day !!!
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

I ate what I wanted on Christmas only. We had a big spread (I'm a nurse) at work. Had about 4 small meals and dessert over 12 hours and a few candies. No splurging before that day, and I'm done and think that was a good way to handle it. I brought sliced turkey, and today I'm going to start turkey soup with lots of vegetables. I can think of so many years, pre band that I ate junk for a month, maybe longer, mindlessly, and until I was sick and of course packed on the pounds every winter.
