What are you eating today (Thursday) or yesterday?
I am worn out from the holiday shopping madness at JCP. And after weeks of whining about how crazy it is at a work, I now have to whine about how quiet the store is. Except for the new musak. If you have reason to visit a JCP store in the coming weeks, please let me know what you think of the musak. I think it's going to take a long time for me to get used to it.
I have not been interested in food for the past few days, possibly because I'm so tired. I've been hungry as usual, but figuring out what to eat seems like a huge chore. Blah. I'm making myself start the daily planning again anyway because standing in the kitchen wondering what to eat when I'm starving isn't going to make me feel any better.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ applesauce & walnuts
S: chocolate almond protein ball
L: Babybel cheese, raw sugar snap peas
S: almonds
S: baby carrots
D: chicken pot pie, kale salad
S: peanut butter banana chips
I won't be eating the pie crust because my last attempt didn't work out well. The crust must get too gummy by the time it hits the bottom of my esophagus or my little stomach.
I haven't worked out for a week (other than running crazily around the store), so I'm glad that today's class is Pilates/yoga. I don't have the ooomph needed for a cardio class right now.
When I got dressed for work yesterday, I was delighted to be able to fit into a close-fitting sweater dress that I bought last winter. Go me!
