I Love BOB

I am approaching my three year anniversary with BOB on 12-26. I am so in love. My Band Over Bypass has been such a wonderful change in my life. I am still managing to keep off all of the weight that I initially lost. That would be 90 big ugly pounds. I still remained 72 pounds thinner from my RNY. This puts me at a 162 pound loss. I still get scared that this amazing tool will one day break, but until then I will continue to work my band. Merry Christmas Eve to you and yours.

Congrats! I love my BOB too!  I am 18 mos out from mine (June 2011).  I had my RNY in 8/2002 and lost 130lbs, kept it off till 2007/2008 and then gained back 75lbs. I have lost that and am resting comfortably at 170. I would still like to lose another 20lbs or so, but, I am one happy biatch!  LOL.

Life with the BOB is so different than the RNY and the band is such a different beast by I love the restriction I have and the 'no hunger' feeling I've had for 18 mos now.
