Phentramine
To me, this is extremely sad. WE get the LapBand and we still have to look for a diet! I've tried WW and other diets during my LapBand years and I just think it sucks!
I have never tried Phentramine and wouldn't because of the health risks. Return to your basics. Protein first, get a fill if you are getting hungry before 4 hours on your appropriate portion - limit your carbs to 20 gms or less and do some kind of activity for 30 mins a day.
Each time I have hit a plateau in the last almost 5 years - I returned to the basics - I've lost over 300lbs with the LapBand.
