i've been through what you have to do, so if you have any questions i will try to help you. I can tell you this, this next year will not be easy, but it will be so worth it!! I had my band put in 51/2 years ago, keep up on your fills, thay is key to success. I also had a tummy tuck & lipo 2 years ago, i have lost 115 from my highest weight. It is not easy, i still miss a lot of food i can't eat  now, but i would do it all over again if i had too. so stay strong and determined
