MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone is de stressing with their exercise!!!!! And with that being said,

Gimme your minutes from this past week, and whats your plan for the holidays?

 

ME??? I did 450 minutes (did some spinning classes and a kick boxing class to change things up) .

My  plan?

Tomorrow I have spinning, and I will walk home from gym, giving me 2 more miles and 120 minutes worth of exercise.

Sunday? 4 mile walk before church

Mon - Wed, 4 mile walks with family members gonna be chilly up there can't wait!!!! 

and have personal training Dec 27 at 6 .m. schedualed!

Dec 28th spinning and more walking!

Weightloss or gain is right there waiting and knocking at our door!!!!!

i got 450 minutes this week

 

Yesterday, I had to go in for a routine blood draw at 8am --- so, I walked to the doctor's office (3.1 miles), peeled off my extra clothes to get down to my short-sleeved shirt, gave 3 vials of blood --- wrapped back up and walked home another 3.1 miles!!!

Took me 2 hours (including the blood draw) --- so, it was at a good pace.

I got 2 hours of 'book listening time' --- a complete win-win!!!!

I have done very little this week. I have had things going on most every day, all day, and several evenings too. I got one whole walk in. I walked to a meeting and back. As soon as the wind dies down so it isn't 40 mph I plan to get back out there. I think this next week will be far less hectic so I am looking forward to it.

I am going to plan on 240 minutes.
