What are you eating today (Monday) or yesterday?

I think I got enough rest yesterday to help get me through today. Well, I hope so.

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: soft-boiled egg
S: apple pie oatmeal w/ walnuts
L: leftover meatloaf & turnip fries
S: trail mix
S: baby carrots
D: leftover meatloaf & turnip fries
S: peanut butter banana chips

My sleeve continues to feel "tight" because of sinus drainage, so I have to be very, very careful when I eat.

No workout today because the store opens early.

B-Oatmeal cherry "cookie"

S-Assortedt nuts

L-Tomato soup w/ crackers, 1/2 chicken patty, chickpea salad

S-Yogurt w/ almonds

D-Chicken sausage, chick pea salad, kale w/ roasted shallots

S-2 chocolate chip cookies

Water all day

L: grilled chicken salad, milk

S: strawberry yogurt

S: carrots and peanut butter

D: fish of some type, probably wild caught salmon grilled with steamed veggies

My eating has been really odd today. My husband was to have sinus surgery at noon. Shortly after we got up they called and asked us to come in as soon as possible. thus,no breakfast. I had prepared a double strength shake last night and threw in some protein puffs and bars, so that is what I ate. I also had some soy crisps and ate the whole darn bag because of nerves. All went well and perhaps I can get back to normal tomorrow.
