On 12/12 I was in a life-threatening car accident. Car failed and slid right off a 70foot cliff. Majorly bruised around my chest/belly and whiplash. Suffered a concussion but thats about as far as my injuries go.

Before the accident, i weighed about 145, but now (4 days later), i weigh around 155 :/ Ive managed to control how i eat. I have a healthy diet.

Am i just swollen?? You can see a major weight difference too. I just dont know if the adrenaline maybe had something to do with it but i feel the worst ive ever felt!

Please help :(

Were you admitted to the hospital?  I'm guessing between IV fluids, possible steroids or other meds, this is a temporary medical related gain.  Focus on feeling better and healing (easier said than done...but try).

Any time your tissue is damaged you will have swelling and fluid retention, I'm sure in a week or two you will be back to your old self. Take it easy and let your body heal.

Your body is in shock. I have had this twice and it is very difficult to get rid of using conventional techniques. Your body is trying to protect itself because the trauma is locked in the tissues. Even if you had surgery to get rid of the weight, your body would find a way to put it back on even if you ate virtually nothing. The only thing that has worked for me is using energy medicine and energy psychology techniques. For me, I noticed that they restored my appetite (after each accident, my appetite was non-existent to the point that I would just eat a few cucumbers and drink a little water). Once my appetite was restored, the weight began to come off as quickly as it appeared. Work with a professional energy worker to help your body understand that not everything is a threat to it. Good luck!
