What are you eating today (Saturday) or yesterday?
Coming down the home stretch to Christmas, but all I can see is 9-hour workdays, 7-8 days in a row. Ugh.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: apple pie oatmeal w/ walnuts
S: 1/2 of a protein bar
L: leftover cabbage, onions & barley
S: banana & peanut butter
S: trail mix
D: apple & Babybel cheese
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix
The wild pork my husband cooked yesterday didn't get up to a safe temperature in time for dinner last night, so we just had pasta w/ broccoli, brie & walnuts, and I couldn't eat much of that. I was so tired from work that I didn't even care.
I've got lots of chores and errands to do today before I have to be at work this afternoon. I'm not feeling merry or bright this morning, partly because I'm tired and partly because I got a Christmas card from a cousin who wrote some nostalgic things about my mother and hers.
